Acceptable Use Policy
Draft pending qualified legal review. This policy has not yet been reviewed by qualified counsel and may change before launch.
Effective 1 September 2026
You may use 127ohoh1 to expose your own applications for development, testing, demos, webhooks and self-hosted services. You may not use it to harm others, to break the law, or to disguise where harmful traffic comes from. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything reachable through your Endpoints, whoever put it there.
3.1 Prohibited content and activity
- Malware. Distributing malware, command-and-control servers, botnets, exploit kits or cryptojacking scripts.
- Phishing and fraud. Credential harvesting, pages that imitate another organisation or person, fake login or payment pages, investment scams, or advance-fee fraud.
- Illegal content. Child sexual abuse material (reported to the authorities and NCMEC or equivalent without notice to you); content promoting terrorism; illegal goods or services; and content that is unlawful where it is hosted or in New Zealand.
- Spam. Unsolicited bulk messages, or hosting pages advertised through them.
- Harassment. Threats, doxxing, stalking, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Infringement. Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Attacks. Scanning, probing or attacking systems without permission; denial-of-service; open proxies or relays that let third parties hide their origin.
- Evasion. Evading sanctions, bans, suspensions or plan limits, including by creating new Keys after a suspension.
- Attacks on us. Probing, overloading or reverse-engineering our edge or control plane beyond what the open-source licence allows, outside our security disclosure policy.
3.2 Fair use of capacity
Bandwidth and monthly transfer are capped per plan. We may also limit concurrent connections, streams and request rates to protect other users. Deliberately working around these limits is a breach.
3.3 Security research
Good-faith research that follows our security policy at https://127ohoh1.com/security is welcome and is not a breach of this policy.
3.4 Reporting abuse
Anyone can report an Endpoint through the abuse form at https://127ohoh1.com/abuse or by email to abuse@127ohoh1.com. Include the full Endpoint address, the category, and evidence. Reports of infringement should also include the rights holder's details and a good-faith statement.
3.5 Enforcement
We review reports in this order: reported, triaged, investigating, actioned, and closed. Depending on severity, we may warn you, quarantine an Endpoint, suspend a Key or account, reclaim a name, or report the matter to the authorities. For serious harm (malware, phishing, CSAM, active attacks) we act first and notify after.
Where safe and lawful, we tell you what we did and why. You may appeal once per case within 14 days by replying to the notice or writing to abuse@127ohoh1.com. A different staff member reviews appeals where staffing allows.
Prepaid time lost to suspension for a breach is not refunded.
